Success Layer / Partner Success Pulse
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sasa Ilic d/b/a Success Layer ("Success Layer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with getsuccesslayer.com, Partner Success Pulse, and related business interactions (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy covers information we process as a business — website visitors, prospects, customer personnel, people who apply for a role with us, and our own customer-relationship records. When we process personal information on behalf of a customer under that customer's instructions, the customer generally controls that processing and the applicable signed customer agreement and any applicable Data Processing Addendum govern that processing. This Policy does not replace a customer's own privacy notice for information that customer enters into Partner Success Pulse.
Customer Data means data or information submitted to Partner Success Pulse by or for a customer. Where we process Customer Data on a customer's behalf, our use is limited by the applicable customer agreement and instructions. This Policy does not expand our contractual rights to use Customer Data.

| Customer-submitted business information | Account-level operational information entered into Partner Success Pulse, including business contacts, service context, notes, status information, and other customer-directed content. The Service is not intended for PHI or patient information. |

| Communications | Support requests, demo inquiries, scheduling details, feedback, survey responses, security reports, and other communications with Success Layer. |
| Job-application information | If you apply for a role with Success Layer, information you provide in connection with that application. See "Job applicants" below. |
| Website and session information | Essential authentication and session information used by Partner Success Pulse, a light/dark theme preference stored locally by your browser on the Website, and technical information associated with hosting, security, and delivery of website fonts. See Section 10 and our Cookie Policy. |
If you apply for a role with Success Layer, we may collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name and contact information, a resume or CV, employment or professional history, education or qualifications, portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn or similar professional links if you supply them, your communications with us, and other information you provide voluntarily in connection with your application. Not every category is required, and what we receive depends on what you send us.
Public website. getsuccesslayer.com is a static marketing website. Its theme control stores the light/dark appearance preference in browser local storage. Our website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies or include session-recording code. Hosting and network-security services may use necessary technologies and process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and timestamps to deliver and protect the Website.
Website fonts. The Website loads fonts through Google Fonts. To deliver font stylesheets and files, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and request information, such as browser headers and the requested resource. These requests can occur when a page loads, without following an outbound link. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.
Scheduling. Cal.com is reached through an ordinary outbound scheduling link, not an embedded scheduling form or script. If you follow the link, Cal.com's own privacy and cookie practices apply. When you book a meeting, we receive the booking details you submit, such as your name, email address, meeting time, and scheduling responses, through our Microsoft email and calendar service. We use these details to arrange meetings, respond to inquiries, and maintain related business communications.
Partner Success Pulse is designed for account-level operational information and is not intended to collect PHI, patient information, Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, biometric information, or other highly sensitive consumer information. Customers and users are instructed not to enter PHI, patient information, or other highly sensitive information into the Service.
If you apply for a role with Success Layer, we use the information you provide to evaluate your qualifications, communicate with you about the application, administer the recruiting process, maintain appropriate recruiting records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the jurisdiction and context, we process personal information to perform contracts, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with law, protect the Services, and, where required, based on consent. U.S. state privacy laws may define these purposes differently.
We may send nonpromotional messages necessary to provide an account or requested service, address security matters, or meet legal obligations. Opting out of promotional email does not stop these necessary communications.
Other messages are optional — promotional and business-development email about demos, onboarding, and the founding-partner program. You can opt out of promotional email at any time by using any opt-out mechanism provided in the message or by contacting privacy@getsuccesslayer.com. Opting out of promotional email does not stop the required messages described above.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Customer Data is not used for advertising. If these practices change, we will update this Policy before the change takes effect and provide any choices required by law.
For Partner Success Pulse, our providers include Vercel for application hosting, Neon / Databricks for database infrastructure, Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) for transactional application email, and Functional Software, Inc. d/b/a Sentry for browser-side error reporting and diagnostics. Diagnostic information can include error events, stack traces, browser and device information, and identifiers or other information included in an error report.
Other providers support the Website and ordinary business operations: Vercel for website hosting, Cal.com for scheduling, a Microsoft email and calendar service for business communications, Namecheap for domain-related services, and Google Fonts for website font delivery. These providers do not all receive the same information or automatically act as Pulse subprocessors.
The information each provider processes depends on its role and our configuration, subject to applicable agreements and law. Our Subprocessor Disclosure identifies current Pulse subprocessors. Providers may change as the Services evolve, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
The Services may link to sites and services we do not operate. Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices. This does not limit our responsibility for our own processing or for service providers we select, as required by applicable law and our agreements. The scheduling link described in Section 2 is one example: choosing to follow it takes you to Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy terms.
Partner Success Pulse uses necessary first-party cookies or equivalent technologies for authentication, session management, security, and core account functionality. The Website uses local storage to remember your light/dark preference. Hosting or network-security layers may set necessary technologies depending on deployment and security conditions.
We do not deploy non-essential analytics or advertising technologies on the public Website. We do not use the Website or App for cross-context behavioral advertising. Website font delivery and App error diagnostics are described in Sections 2 and 8. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies and browser controls.
We do not use these technologies to track your browsing across third-party websites for advertising. Browser Do Not Track settings do not change the necessary functions described here. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising; there is no such activity for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of. We will honor applicable legal requirements for privacy preference signals if our practices change.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. How long that is depends on factors such as the purpose for which the information was collected, the nature and sensitivity of the information, the operation and security of the Services, our contractual obligations, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations where applicable, dispute, claim, and enforcement needs, and audit and security records.
When we process Customer Data on a customer's behalf, post-termination retention and deletion are governed by the applicable signed customer agreement, Order Form, and DPA, subject to applicable law. This Policy does not create a separate contractual export capability or deletion deadline.
Deleting information from active systems may not immediately remove backup or disaster-recovery copies. Backup retention is subject to the applicable arrangements and law. Information may also be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security investigations, or disputes, with access limited to the relevant purpose.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Services and personal information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for securing their own user accounts, endpoints, and access decisions.
If a security incident involving personal information requires notification, we will provide notice as required by applicable law or the applicable customer agreement.
We do not currently use personal information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning an individual.
We do not use personal information or Customer Data to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law or agreement.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or confirmation of processing, correction, deletion, portability, and information about certain processing, as well as to object to or request restriction of certain processing, to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, and to appeal certain privacy decisions. The rights available and any exceptions depend on applicable law and our role in the processing. Our handling of requests for customer-controlled information is described in Section 16.
To exercise an applicable right, contact privacy@getsuccesslayer.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request, where permitted or required by applicable law. Where applicable law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right where non-discrimination applies. If the information is controlled by a customer, we may refer the request to that customer.
Some U.S. states give residents specific privacy rights. Where a state law applies to our processing, the rights and the request process described in Section 14 are how you exercise them, and you may exercise an applicable appeal right by emailing the same address, identifying our response and explaining why you seek reconsideration. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and provide any required explanation or information about further recourse. As described in Section 7, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such activity to opt out of.
If your information appears in Partner Success Pulse because your employer or another customer submitted or manages it, that customer may be the appropriate party to handle your request. We may refer requests to the customer when we process the information on the customer's behalf.
The Services are business tools and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@getsuccesslayer.com so we can investigate and address it as required by applicable law.
The Services are currently offered only to U.S.-based business customers. Success Layer is also a U.S.-based business. Neither statement is a data-residency guarantee. In particular, they do not mean that personal information or Customer Data is stored only in the United States, that all provider processing occurs only in the United States, or that support and administrative access occurs only from the United States. Service providers may process information where their services operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border processing, those requirements apply to the relevant processing regardless of our U.S. customer focus.
We may update this Policy as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
Changes to this Policy do not amend our customer agreements. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before applying materially different uses to previously collected personal information.
