This Cookie Policy explains how Sasa Ilic d/b/a Success Layer ("Success Layer," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on getsuccesslayer.com (the "Website") and in Partner Success Pulse (the "App" or "Service"). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes more broadly how we handle personal information.
Where we process Customer Data on a customer's behalf, our use of cookies and similar technologies remains subject to the applicable customer agreement, Data Processing Addendum, and customer instructions. This Cookie Policy does not expand our contractual rights to use Customer Data.
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store and send back on later requests.
Similar technologies include browser storage such as local storage and session storage. These are read by code running in your browser rather than sent automatically with every request, so they are not cookies, but they do store information on your device.
A first-party technology is set by the site you are visiting. A third-party technology is set by another organisation whose content or service is involved.
A session technology lasts until you close your browser or your session ends. A persistent technology remains until it expires or you clear it.
The Website is a static marketing site. We do not deploy non-essential analytics or advertising technologies on the Website. Its own theme code uses local storage, and does not set HTTP cookies or record browsing sessions.
The Website stores one preference in your browser's local storage, under the key sl-theme, to remember whether you chose the light or dark appearance. Local storage is not an HTTP cookie, it is first-party, and it is not used to identify you or to track you across sites or over time.
Our hosting provider or a network security layer may set technologies of its own in the circumstances described in Section 3C.
The App uses strictly necessary first-party cookies or equivalent session technologies for authentication, session management, security, and core account functionality. Without them, signing in and using the App would not work.
The App does not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our hosting provider or a network security layer may set strictly necessary technologies in response to infrastructure or security conditions — for example to route a request correctly, to maintain a session across servers, or to complete a security or bot check. Whether any such technology is set at a given time depends on the current deployment and security configuration rather than on anything in the page content.
The Website's HTML uses ordinary links to Cal.com rather than an embedded Cal.com iframe or script. If you follow a Cal.com link, you leave the Website and Cal.com's own privacy and cookie practices apply. Success Layer does not control Cal.com's cookies.
The Website loads Google Fonts, causing your browser to request font resources from Google and disclose the IP address and request information needed for delivery. This is distinct from the local theme preference. Partner Success Pulse uses Sentry for browser-side error reporting and diagnostics. Our Privacy Policy describes the related information processing.

You can control cookies and browser storage yourself. Your browser's privacy or site settings provide controls for cookies and site data. Available options vary by browser and device; consult your browser's help for instructions.
Clearing site data for getsuccesslayer.com will remove the sl-theme preference, and a later page load will follow your device's appearance preference until you choose again.
Blocking the strictly necessary cookies or session technologies used by Partner Success Pulse will prevent you from signing in or using parts of the App.
We do not operate a cookie preference centre or consent banner, because we do not currently deploy non-essential analytics or advertising technologies on the Website.
Our pages link to services we do not operate. Following an external link can result in that third party setting cookies or similar technologies under its own policies, which we do not control.
Our Privacy Policy describes the service providers we use to run the Services and the information they process in their respective roles.
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Services, technologies, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Changes to this Cookie Policy do not amend an applicable customer agreement, Order Form, Data Processing Addendum, or other signed agreement. Those documents are amended under their own terms.
